    • Innsbruck, capital of Austria’s western state of Tyrol, is a city in the Alps that's long been a destination for winter sports. Innsbruck is also known for its Imperial and modern architecture. The Nordkette funicular, with futuristic stations designed by architect Zaha Hadid, climbs up to 2,256m from the city center for skiing in winter and hiking or mountaineering in warmer months.
    • Salzburg is an Austrian city on the border of Germany, with views of the Eastern Alps. The city is divided by the Salzach River, with medieval and baroque buildings of the pedestrian Altstadt (Old City) on its left bank, facing the 19th-century Neustadt (New City) on its right. The Altstadt birthplace of famed composer Mozart is preserved as a museum displaying his childhood instruments.
    • Vienna, Austria’s capital, lies in the country’s east on the Danube River. Its artistic and intellectual legacy was shaped by residents including Mozart, Beethoven and Sigmund Freud. The city is also known for its Imperial palaces, including Schönbrunn, the Habsburgs’ summer residence. In the MuseumsQuartier district, historic and contemporary buildings display works by Egon Schiele, Gustav Klimt and other artists.
    • Budapest, Hungary’s capital, is bisected by the River Danube. Its 19th-century Chain Bridge connects the hilly Buda district with flat Pest. A funicular runs up Castle Hill to Buda’s Old Town, where the Budapest History Museum traces city life from Roman times onward. Trinity Square is home to 13th-century Matthias Church and the turrets of the Fishermen’s Bastion, which offer sweeping views.

    • In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
    • As per EU hotel occupancy regulations, maximum 3 persons are allowed in one room. Extra Bed in Europe comes as a mattress on the floor. Hence they are not so comfortable.
    • It is client’s responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation / vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
    • If the booking is accepted less than 30 days prior to departure, you shall make full payment of the tour cost at the time of booking.
    • It isclient’s responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
    • Tour cancellation charge as per below cancellation Policy.
    • Package does not include the transfer from hotel to any sightseeing or SIC/Hop n hop meeting points and vise-versa
    • Sightseeing as mentioned above on seat in coach basis.
    • Please inform the clients that City Tax of approximate EUR 2-4 per person per day depending on the hotel category needs to be paid in hotels in Europe. The client will have to pay this amount directly to the hotel.

    Terms and Conditions

    • If paid in India the Rate of Exchange will be calculated from the website xe.com + 1 RE. If paid in India GST will be added extra to the final package amount.
    • Costs do not include any surcharges due to high season/ block out dates/festivals/Public Holidays.
    • Check in for hotels 1500 Hrs& Check Out time: 1100 Hrs
    • Continental Breakfast will be provided as per Hotel Policy or arrangement.

    • Prior to 46 days the cancellation charges will be : 30% of the total package cost
    • Between 30 – 45 days of departure the cancellation charges will be: 50% of the total package cost
    • Less than 30 days of departure the cancellation charges will be: 100% of the total package cost
