Important Note

  • Above mentioned Costing based on minimum on 6 pax
  • In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • As per EU hotel occupancy regulations, maximum 3 persons are allowed in one room. Extra Bed in Europe comes as a mattress on the floor. Hence they are not so comfortable.
  • It is client’s responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation / vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • If the booking is accepted less than 30 days prior to departure, you shall make full payment of the tour cost at the time of booking.
  • It is client’s responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • Tour cancellation charge as per below cancellation Policy.
  • Please inform the clients that City Tax of approximate EUR 2-4 per person per day depending on the hotel category needs to be paid in hotels in Europe. The client will have to pay this amount directly to the hotel.

Terms and Conditions

  • If paid in India the Rate of Exchange will be calculated from the website xe.com + 1 RE. If paid in India GST will be added extra to the final package amount.
  • Costs do not include any surcharges due to high season/ block out dates/festivals/Public Holidays.
  • Check in for hotels 1500 Hrs& Check Out time: 1100 Hrs
  • Continental Breakfast will be provided as per Hotel Policy or arrangement.
  • All hotels do not have tea / Coffee making facility in room. The same differs hotel to hotel and city to city.

Payment Policy

  • 30% at the time of booking.
  • 70% has to be paid 45 days before the departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Registration/Booking Amount (30% of package cost ) is Non- Refundable
  • Prior to 46 days the cancellation charges will be : 30% of the total package cost
  • Between 30 – 45 days of departure the cancellation charges will be: 50% of the total package cost
  • Less than 30 days of departure the cancellation charges will be: 100% of the total package cost
